From
The North West:
Head for the M6 Junction 14. Take the first exit off the
roundabout (heading for Uttoxeter A518 & A34). At
the next roundabout (about half a mile away), take the
second exit (i.e. straight over), still heading towards
Uttoxeter and RAF Stafford. Take the third exit on the
right (the first two are entrances into a housing estate).
Follow the road (Common Road) up and over the slight hill
down past the Evode Factory. Carry on this road for about
a mile and follow it around to the left at the bottom
of the railway bridge. The Rangers ground is on the right
From
the East & North East:
From Uttoxeter, head for Stafford on the A518. Cross
the A51 at Weston, travelling through the village, still
on the A518, and up the steep Weston Bank (1 in 7) on
the way out. Follow the A518 past the Agricultural Showground
and down towards Stafford. Go past Staffordshire Police
Depot and turn right at the University roundabout (third
exit). Follow this road (Beaconside) for just over a
mile and take a left turn at the second set of traffic
lights (the first set being at the main entrance to
RAF Stafford). Follow this road (Sandon Road) for about
another half mile, taking a right turn at the (newish)
traffic lights towards Astonfields Industrial Estate
(just before the Shell Petrol Station). The Rangers
ground is 200 yards on the left opposite the Land Rover
Garage
From the South:
It is highly recommended that anyone coming from the
South West gets off at Junction 14 of the M6, rather
than Junction 13, and then follows the directions as
if from the North West, taking the second non-motorway
exit off the roundabout. It's probably two to three
miles further but a lot easier than going through the
town centre.
